What is included in the Master Protection Plan?
Our Master Protection Plan includes automatically scheduled maintenance visits, as well as parts and labor discounts for a worry-free experience.
How can I qualify for 50% off parts and FREE labor when signing up damaged equipment?
To qualify for these discounts there are a few criteria that must be met. For home use equipment it must be manufactured by iFit (NordicTrack, Proform), Horizon, or AFG and touch screen consoles are the only parts specifically excluded from the discount.
For commercial use equipment you must sign up all of the cardio equipment in your facility and the discount is limited to half the number of machines that you sign up. So if you sign up 10 machines you can get discounts on up to 5 of them for repairs.
For both cases the equipment must be signed up to the gold or platinum level MPP, Silver level does not qualify, and the same one year minimum commitment remains.
This is a great way to fix up equipment that you love while saving money, and with the quarterly maintenance included for all machines that you sign up, it will keep your equipment running even longer than you may have expected!
How do I sign up for the Master Protection Plan?
Signing up is easy! Simply send us a request with your machine information and we can get you a quick quote. You can text it to us at (208) 515-0013 if you prefer.
If you have a large facility that you would like covered please plan on one of our technicians coming out to gather information so you don't have to collect all that information off of your equipment. We make the process as quick and painless as possible!
Is there is a minimum contract length?
Yes, you do have to commit to a one year minimum agreement, but we know you'll love it so one year definitely won't be enough!
Is there any equipment that's not eligible to sign up? What if my treadmill is 20 years old?
There are no exceptions to the list of machines that can be covered under the MPP. If parts are no longer available for your machine we may recommend you simply replace it since we can't manifest parts from thin air, but as long as parts can be purchased or rebuilt we got you covered!
We work with all manufacturers and have a machine shop and electronics specialists available so there's nothing we can't handle. The only caveat is that if your machine needs repairs at the time of signup you'll only get a 50% discount on parts to get it working (not 100% if you're on platinum). The MPP technically can only cover functional machines, but if you sign up a damaged machine we'll still give you a huge discount on the initial repair and then everything afterwards will be covered as outlined above.
No, it's not cheap to keep a treadmill running smoothly...
